World Cup Preview | Morocco v Spain

Morocco take on Spain in the last 16 of the World Cup at the Education City Stadium in Ar-Rayyan.

Morocco were one of only three teams to top the group with seven points. Walid Regragui’s side ended their group stage campaign with a 2-1 victory over Canada to secure top spot in group F.

Despite losing 2-1 to Japan in the final group game, Spain qualified for the round of 16 in second place.

Morocco should be at full strength going into this historic tie. Barring any late injuries during the preparation towards Tuesday’s game, Regragui should have a fully fit squad to select from.

César Azpilicueta and Dani Olmo are both doubts.
