According to the The Athletic, William Saliba and Oleksandr Zinchenko are both ruled out for the remainder of this season.
Saliba has sustained a back issue and Zinchenko was forced off against Newcastle United with a calf problem.
These two Arsenal injuries could mean a return to the starting 11 at left-back for Kieran Tierney and the emerging Jakub Kiwor in the absence of Saliba.
The French centre back has played 33 times for Arsenal this season, scoring three goals and providing one assist, whilst the Ukraine international has also played 33 times for the Gunners, scoring once and providing two assists.
Arsenal currently sit second in the Premier league table with three games remaining. The North London club face; Brighton (h), Nottingham Forrest (a) and Wolves (h).
The Gunners first game without the duo will be against Brighton at the Emirates on Saturday, as they chase league leaders Manchester City.
