West Ham expected to reject 2nd Arsenal proposal for Declan Rice

Fabrizio Romano has reported West Ham are expected to reject Arsenal’s second proposal for Declan Rice. This is believed to be £90m total fee, £75m + £15m add ons.

West Ham believe the £15m add-ons Arsenal have offered are also “difficult to achieve” according to Romano. Hammers are expecting Manchester City to enter the race next week, and this could create a bidding war.

The 24-year-old is valued at 90.00m on Transfermarkt, however West Ham are looking for at least £100m for the England International.

Rice has made 50 appearances for the Hammers in all competitions this season, scoring five goals and providing four assists. West Ham finished 14th in the Premier League, but also won their first trophy since 1980, as they won the Europa Conference League beating Fiorentina 2-1.

Arsenal are still considered favourites for the West Ham captains signature, however other elite clubs are interested and could get involved in the coming days.
