As reported by Sky Sports News, Fulham’s Tosin Adarabioyo is of interest to Tottenham Hotspur as they explore potential centre-back targets this summer.
Although the interest is only at an early stage, it is understood that the North London side are discussing whether to make the interest formal.
According to Transfermarkt the Manchester City academy graduate has a market value of €15m and a contract until 2024 at The Cottagers, having signed in 2020 for a fee worth just under £1.5m. The defenders contract was initially due to expire this summer, however, earlier this year, Marco Silva’s side triggered a one-year extension in his contract, after talks over a new potential long-term deal stopped progressing.
Although Silva is keen on keeping the 25-year-old, having handed him 25 Premier League appearances this season, Adarabioyo is understood to want a move away from Craven Cottage, meaning this is the last transfer window in which the club will have the opportunity to extract a significant fee for him before he becomes available as a free agent next year.
The Lilywhites are also said to be interested in Crystal Palace’s Marc Guéhi, with both ex-England youth internationals qualifying for UEFA’s homegrown status and fitting the mould which new manager Ange Postecoglou is looking for in his central defenders.
Of the two targets, the signing of ex-Chelsea defender Guéhi is expected to require a higher fee, with his contract expiring in three years, having signed for The Eagles two years ago for £20m.
