After a season to forget with Chelsea, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is said to be “pining” for a return to Barcelona and is also being considered by AC Milan for a move to the San Siro according to The Athletic.
Since joining Chelsea under Thomas Tuchel for a fee believed to be in the region of €12m, Aubameyang has only made 22 appearances for The Blues, playing 969 minutes of football.
During his time in West London, the Gabon striker has only scored three goals and provided one assist, his worst output in a season at senior level.
Many are reporting Aubameyang is ready for a move away after just one season at Chelsea, ideally returning to Barcelona where he scored 13 goals and provided one assist in 23 appearances for the Catalan side.
Chelsea face Nottingham Forrest at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, in their bid to secure consecutive wins for the first time since early March.
