After journalist Fabrizio Romano tweeted about Galatasaray beginning talks with Wilfried Zaha earlier in the day, he followed up his report by tweeting that Zaha and the Turkish club have reached an agreement. Zaha will become Galatasaray’s next big signing after the Turkish side signed Cédric Bakambu. Galatasaray fans will be eager to see Zaha and Bakambu line up together.
In a tweet some time ago, Romano mentioned Zaha and Galatasaray reached an agreement. The tweet also mentioned that the documents will be checked soon and the Turkish club is booking medical tests for the player. It was also added that a 3-year association between Zaha and Galatasaray is what is expected. Zaha’s move to the Turkish team has generated a lot of buzz on social media.
The 30-year-old’s departure from Crystal Palace marks the end of an era for both him and the club. For the majority of his career, Zaha played for The Eagles. During his time with the club, he put on some amazing performances that made him one of the most loved players at Selhurst Park. Taking into account that Zaha won’t don Crystal Palace colours next season, football fans will be excited to see how he adjusts to a new league.
