Bielsa was sacked by Leeds United in February 2022 and has been out of work since. The 67-year-old was adored by many Leeds fans and his sacking was controversial at the time with the whites sitting two points above the relegation zone.
The Argentine gained promotion as Championship league-winners in his second season with the club before finishing ninth in Leeds’ return to the Premier League.
Everton have just under two weeks until their next match which allows time for the clubs hierarchy to appoint a manager before the toffees face league-leaders Arsenal on the fourth of February.
Seven days remain before the transfer window slams shut and Everton are set to sign Villarreal winger Arnaut Danjuma on loan. (Sky Sports)
