Bayern Munich have submitted an official proposal today to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur, as reported by The Athletic. The offer is worth €70.00m plus add ons.
Harry Kane only has 1 year left on his deal with Spurs, and at 29-years-old Kane will be looking for a big move either this season or next season, in an attempt to win silverware.
The England captain has made 49 appearances this season for the Lilywhites, scoring 32 goals and providing five assists. However Tottenham only managed an 8th place finish in the Premier League, despite Kane’s best efforts. Eighth place is Spurs worst finish since the 2008/09 season, where they also finished eighth.
Spurs will also be without any form of European football for the first time since the 2009/10 season, following their eighth place finish in the prior season.
Kane has had previous interest from Manchester United, Chelsea and Real Madrid, as well as the now emerging Bayern Munich.
Transfermarkt value the Tottenham captain at €90.00m, and Spurs are likely to demand that sort of figure to consider Kane leaving this summer.
