Manchester United forward Anthony Martial has declared his intention to see out the remainder of his contract which is set to expire at the end of the season and therefore dismissing interest from Marseille, Fenerbahçe and teams in the Saudi Pro League.
The Frenchman, who has been regularly out of Erik Ten Hag’s side, is insistent on fighting for his spot until the summer.
Despite speculation surrounding his future, Martial has made it clear that he is not interested in a mid-season move away from Old Trafford.
Talks have taken place between the player, his representatives, and the club regarding his future, but as it stands, United are unlikely to trigger the one-year option in his contract.
With his current deal set to expire on June 30, Martial is on course to leave the club on a free transfer.
Although, the decision highlights his commitment to overcoming the challenges at United as the forward remains focused on contributing to the team.
