Ansu Fati against a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers

Barcelona winger Ansu Fati is against a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers and will not join the West Midlands club no mater how much his agent Jorge Mendes tries to convinces him, as reported by SPORT.

Mendes’ proposal involved the 20-year-old joining Wolves for €30m whilst also facilitating a move for Rúben Neves to join Barcelona in the same deal.

However, the Spaniard remained firm in his refusal despite Mendes promising a move to a big Premier League club in one or two years.

The Portuguese agent has not received any offers from Champions League clubs in England on the same financial terms Ansu Fati is on in Catalonia, and nobody is reportedly willing to pay €60m for the 7-cap international.

For now, Ansu Fati is holding out and his priority is to remain at the Camp Nou, after graduating through the prestigious La Masia academy.

Barcelona, however, have decided to sell the forward as they believe the market is right to make money.
