Adidas offer 50% off Germany shirts the day after World Cup exit

Eliminated from the 2022 World Cup despite their victory against Costa Rica (4-2) on Thursday, the German national team today has seen its equipment supplier, Adidas, reduce the price of jerseys by 50% on its site after the shock outcome.

As incredible as it may seem, Germany were eliminated – as in 2018 – in the group stage of the World Cup for the second time in a row on Thursday, despite their victory (4-2) against Costa Rica. Spain’s defeat against Japan (2-1) in the other match condemned the Germans, third behind Spain owing to goal difference.

In the wake of Germany’s elimination, the German brand Adidas, on its official website, began to offer Germany shirts for 50% off. They are available at a price of €45 instead of €90. In addition to the shirts, there is 50% off of all other German national team gear, from tracksuits to training shirts.
